Speaking & Teaching
I like conversations that change the way we see things. I’m interested in the questions underneath the obvious ones.
How do we know when its time to change? What happens when we stop trying to be who we’re supposed to be? How do we learn to trust ourselves again? What does the body know that the mind hasn’t caught up with yet?
Treatment ends. The experience doesn’t.
The disruption of identity. The gap in survivorship care. The strange business of figuring out what’s next when everyone around you thinks you’re “done.”
This is a conversation I care deeply about.
❋ the space after treatment❋ Change & IdentityReinvention, transitions, the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
What becomes possible when we stop trying to control the outcome and pay attention to what’s actually happening.
❋ creativity & presenceThe human side of leading: reading the room, building trust, navigating personalities, and creating the conditions for good work.
❋ leadership & peopleWhat changes when we stop outsourcing our understanding of our bodies—and start paying attention.
❋ health & knowing your bodyI also host Interwoven Breast Health, a short-form podcast about breast health, the things we don’t talk about enough, and knowing your body.
It’s one of the ways I think about education: make complicated things understandable, ask better questions, and give people information they can actually use.
