An 8-Week Group Coaching Experience for Life After a Breast Cancer Diagnosis
There's a space between what you've been through and what comes next.
Maybe you're still navigating treatment. Maybe it's behind you, and everyone is asking how you are, expecting everything to be ‘normal’. But after so much time focused on getting through, so many of us find ourselves wondering what comes next.
Your body, your priorities, your relationships, your sense of self. Things may have shifted, and you're left figuring out how to move forward.
The Gap is an intimate eight-week group coaching experience for women navigating life after a breast cancer diagnosis.
A space to reflect on what's changed, reconnect with what matters, and begin consciously cultivating what comes next.
Where you are now and what's changed
What matters most to you
The beliefs, patterns, and expectations that may be holding you back
Your relationship with your body, energy, and needs
What you want to cultivate and how to begin
Eight weekly, 75-minute virtual sessions with an intimate group of six to eight women. A combination of guided reflection, meaningful conversation, coaching, and practical exercises.
Because this is a personal, interactive group experience, sessions will not be recorded. We ask participants to prioritize attending live whenever possible.
Schedule: Friday’s 11am EST
November 13, 20. December 4, 11, 18. January 8, 15, 22.
This experience asks for a willingness to reflect, participate, and make space for yourself and the work we're doing together.
You don't need to have it all figured out, and some weeks simply showing up may be enough. What matters is your willingness to engage, wherever you are.
$640—payment plans available. Limited to eight participants.
Group coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
